Join our Prenatal Birthing Preparation Class, ideal for expectant moms and partners. Combining fitness, mindfulness, and well-being, it's led by experts for a holistic childbirth journey. Learn about nutrition, practice tailored exercises, prenatal yoga, and explore labor techniques to help facilitate a comfortable birthing experience. Partners learn support strategies. This supportive environment fosters community, bonding, and readiness for childbirth. Suitable for all fitness levels, class includes a nutrition plan, ensuring an empowering, informed, and supported experience.

Indoor Fit Camp
Whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned gym-goer, our program is designed to cater to all fitness levels, guaranteeing a challenging yet accessible workout for everyone. From cardio intervals to strength training and flexibility exercises. Our workouts come with modifications and progressions available for each exercise to suit your fitness level. You'll be joining a supportive and motivating community of like-minded individuals on a shared journey towards improved health and fitness. Nutrition plan and support is included with the classes.

Women's Self Defense/Boxing Class
Our certified trainer will guide you through a comprehensive training developing essential self-defense skills and awareness while building strength and increasing endurance. You'll learn boxing techniques, improve your punching and blocking skills while developing your agility, coordination and reflexes. Our class fosters a safe and supportive environment, encouraging personal growth, self-confidence and assertiveness.

Booty Blast Class
Are you looking to build a stronger, firmer, and more shapely backside and legs? If so, our lower body bootie blast class is perfect for you! Our expert trainer will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to target your glutes, legs and core; helping you to achieve tighter and toned legs, glutes and core. Suitable for all fitness levels. In addition to getting a great workout our class is also a fun and supportive environment to meet new people and connect with others who share your fitness goals.
